Liquid at room temperature, these are omega-rich oils. They are used in the food, oleochemical and energy industries.
Rapeseed oil is used extensively in human nutrition as a basic ingredient in food and beverage products or as table oil for seasoning.
It is also used in renewable energy for the manufacture of biodiesel. It plays an important role in the energy sovereignty of France.
Our oil is extracted from rapeseed. It comes mainly from France.

Rapeseed oil is particularly well known for its omega 3 content. Indeed, it is a very interesting oil from a nutritional point of view since it is a source of alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3).
In addition, it is bioavailable omega 3 and can therefore be used directly by the human body.
Linseed oil is very rich in omega 3.
However, it is very sensitive to oxidation and must therefore be stored under optimal conditions.
Our expertise enables us to work with this sensitive oil.
This makes us the linseed specialist for the food industry.

There are different varieties of linseed depending on its use. Indeed, linseed, or flax, can be used for its fibres (textile) or for its oil.
The fibre varieties are taller than those producing seeds for oil extraction.
It is a beneficial crop that allows for crop diversification and longer rotations. In addition, it is relatively economical in terms of inputs.
There are two types of sunflower. The "classic" which generates an oil that is rich in linoleic acid (omega 6), an essential fatty acid (i.e. essential to humans and not synthesised by the body and which therefore has to be provided by food)

There are two types of sunflower. Oleic sunflower is rich in oleic acid (omega 9) which has the particularity of resisting high temperatures and can therefore be used for frying, for example.

The sunflower is a hardy plant that adapts to many conditions. It originated in Central and South America and was brought to Europe in the 16th century. It is one of the plants whose cultivation has a reduced impact on its environment.
Oleic sunflower oil was introduced in the 1990s and contains up to 90% oleic acid.
Soya oil has unique nutritional qualities due to the abundance of essential fatty acids (i.e. essential to humans and not synthesised by the body and which therefore has to be provided by food)
Our oil is extracted from the soya bean. It comes mainly from Europe, North and South America.

Soya beans are grown primarily for their protein. The oil is the co-product of this production.
Like other legumes, soya beans have the advantage of capturing nitrogen from the air. This feature reduces the need for fertiliser and therefore saves fossil energy. Another direct environmental benefit : soya beans require very few phytosanitary treatments.
