Coconut Fatty Acids are derived from the physical refining of coconut oil at the deodorisation stage. The fatty acids profile is close to crude oil. They have the advantage over acid oils of being more concentrated in free fatty acids and having a lower water and impurities content.

They can be used in animal feed, oleochemistry, soap & detergent production or numerous industrial applications.

Palm Fatty Acids are derived from the physical refining of palm oil at the deodorisation stage. The fatty acid profile is close to crude oil. They have the advantage over acid oils of being more concentrated in free fatty acids and having a lower water and impurity content.

They can be used in applications such as animal feed, oleochemistry, the production soap & detergents and many other industrial applications.

Fatty acids from liquid oils are derived from the physical refinement of liquid oils, mainly rapeseed and sunflower at the deodorisation stage. The fatty acids profile is close to crude oil. They have the advantage over acid oils of being more concentrated in free fatty acids and having a lower water and impurities content.

They can be used in many industrial applications, in oleochemistry and for energy applications. They are more rarely used in animal feed.

Properties

  • FFA : 70 – 90%
  • M&I < 2%
  • Good stability when cold
  • Light colour
